We seek a meticulous individual to coordinate our operations and ensure efficient use of our resources. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Fuel Control and Management:** Monitor diesel/gasoline consumption per unit, validate fuel delivery receipts, manage fuel cards, and analyze performance (km/liter) to detect anomalies or theft. * **Route Optimization:** Design and monitor collection routes to reduce transit time and unnecessary fuel consumption. * **Weighing Control:** Record incoming and outgoing recyclable materials via scale. * **Documentation and Manifests:** Maintain trip logs and ensure compliance with current environmental regulations. * **Preventive Maintenance:** Schedule vehicle servicing to avoid costly corrective repairs. **Candidate Profile:** * **Experience:** 1 year in logistics, preferably with experience managing fuel and vehicle performance indicators (KPIs). * **Skills:** Proficiency in **Excel (pivot tables and formulas)** for consumption reporting. * **Competencies:** Unwavering integrity, strong organizational skills, and analytical capability. * **Requirements:** * **Education:** Technical bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Administration. **What We Offer:** * **Competitive base salary:** Bi-weekly timely payment. * **Statutory Benefits:** IMSS, Infonavit, year-end bonus, and vacation days. * **Growth Opportunity:** Career development plan within an expanding company. * **Experience:** 1 year in similar positions (preferably in transportation or waste management). * **Excel:** Intermediate level (proficiency in formulas and pivot tables for expense control). * **Skills:** Analytical ability, integrity, and attention to detail.
