Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Commercial Advisor to execute the coverage plan and ensure the availability of our brands. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for vertical and horizontal growth in your territory. 2. Customer prospecting and alignment of value proposition. 3. Closing customer acquisition and formalizing the commercial relationship. At HEINEKEN MEXICO, we are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Commercial Advisor. You will be responsible for executing the coverage plan to guarantee vertical and horizontal growth in your assigned territory and ensure the availability of our brands in the market. Responsibilities: Prospecting new customers Identifying customer needs with the objective of generating an ideal offer for their business. Understanding competitors' commercial practices. Ensuring alignment of the value proposition according to the strategic group to which the customer belongs. Closing customer acquisition and formalizing the commercial relationship. Requirements: Completed bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field; degree certificate and professional license required. Standard vehicle and valid driver's license required. - Prior experience in sales positions within the traditional channel / point of sale. - Knowledge of the point-of-sale market and alcoholic beverages. - Strong negotiation skills and ability to build solid relationships with customers. - Goal-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. - Willingness to travel and work across assigned territories.
