We’re looking for you!** **Your mission:** Transform real estate purchase and sale transactions into **public deeds**, ensuring that all legal, tax, and administrative procedures are properly handled, with direct interaction with clients, notaries, and government agencies. **Your responsibilities include:** * Receiving purchase\-sale transactions and processing them into deeds. * Collecting and verifying client and property documentation. * Coordinating deed execution and notarial powers with local notaries. * Maintaining relationships with notaries, cadastral offices, public registries, INFONAVIT, and appraisal units. * Managing payments and verification of transaction-related fees (property tax, water, taxes, registry fees). * Supporting property regularization and inheritance proceedings. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Law (mandatory). * Minimum 2 years of experience in notary services or real estate development, specifically handling deed processing. * Knowledge of notarial and real estate law, as well as related tax procedures. * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and autonomy. * Leadership ability and capacity for strategic relationship management. **What we offer:** * Competitive salary: $18,000 . * Food vouchers: $2600\. * Statutory benefits * Schedule: Monday to Friday. **If you are an organized, proactive individual with passion for the real estate sector, this opportunity is for you.
