




**Maintenance \& Service Coordinator (Fully Remote)** We are hiring a reliable and highly organized **Maintenance \& Service Coordinator** to support our maintenance and service operations. This is a **fully remote position**, open to candidates based in **Latin America and the Philippines**, who are available to work **U.S. East Coast hours**. **Pay:** US$5\.00 per hour **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST **Responsibilities:** * Schedule and coordinate maintenance and service calls with tenants and homeowners * Dispatch technicians and manage daily service schedules * Serve as the primary point of contact between tenants, homeowners, and technicians * Prepare and send invoices to clients * Follow up on outstanding payments and collections * Maintain accurate service and scheduling records * Provide administrative support as needed **Requirements:** * Experience in **scheduling, coordination, and dispatching technicians** * Background in **property management, real estate, and/or maintenance coordination** * **Excellent English speaking and communication skills** (required) * Strong organizational and time\-management skills * Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently * Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace **Work Details:** * Fully remote * Open to candidates in **Latin America and the Philippines only** * Must be available during **U.S. East Coast business hours** If you have experience coordinating maintenance services and are looking for a stable, remote role, we encourage you to apply.
