Job Summary: This role is for a Group Loan Financial Advisor responsible for promoting, disbursing, recovering, and renewing group loans while maintaining a portfolio with zero delinquency. Management and Recovery of Group Loans **Group Loan Financial Advisor** Work Area/Matías Romero **Requirements:** * Completed high school education / completed junior high school education. * Experience in sales or microcredit. * Promote financial inclusion products and services within the communities in your area of influence. * Ensure timely repayment of group loans by fostering joint liability among members during weekly field recovery meetings, to maintain a portfolio with zero delinquency rates. * Execute collection strategies defined by management to sustain a pace enabling achievement of established targets. **Main Responsibilities:** * Loan promotion. * Loan disbursement. * Portfolio recovery. * Loan renewals. * Group loan management. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 80% field work, 20% office work. **What will you gain by joining us?** * Base monthly salary of $10,000.00 gross per month. * Transportation allowance of $2,000 per month. * Competitive commission and incentive scheme. * All statutory benefits and additional perks. * Major Medical Expense Insurance (MMEI). * Life insurance coverage.
