We seek personnel with a well-groomed appearance, as they are the hotel's visible face; they must have proficiency in at least one foreign language, outstanding communication and customer service skills, basic knowledge in administration and sales, and actively invite guests to enjoy all products and services offered by the hotel. General responsibilities: - Provide hotel information. - Deliver excellent customer service as a value-add for guests: greet guests, address inquiries, and attend to their needs. - Reservation and cancellation management: Handle reservations received via telephone, email, or other channels. - Check-in and check-out: Register guest arrivals and departures, issue room keys, and process billing. - Incident resolution: Manage and resolve unexpected situations, complaints, or requests. - Billing and collections: Prepare receipts and collect payments. - Communication with other departments: Coordinate with other departments to resolve incidents. - Arrival review: Review daily arrivals and communicate special requests to housekeeping floors. - Cashier control: Manage front desk supplies and perform cash reconciliation. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor's degree Less than 1 year of experience Languages: English Knowledge: Communication skills, Collections, Billing, Call handling, Customer service, Resolution, Customer attention, Reservation management Keywords: recepcion, receptionist, recepcionista
