Opportunity for career growth within the company **Administrative Control Intern for Projects** **(Architecture / Civil Engineering)** A company specialized in industrial and commercial maintenance, and execution of construction projects, seeks to integrate into its team an intern focused on administrative and financial project control. This position is aimed at students wishing to develop expertise in cost control, budgeting, and construction administration, with direct exposure to real-world projects. **Job Objective** Provide support in the administrative, financial, and documentary control of maintenance and construction projects, ensuring traceability of quotations, expenses, invoicing, and economic tracking for each project. **Responsibilities** * Support in preparation, integration, and tracking of technical and economic quotations * Basic budget analysis and project-specific cost control * Recording and control of direct and indirect expenses * Support in integration of estimates and generating numbers * Administrative tracking of purchase orders and requisitions * Support in invoicing, validation against budget, and progress control * Preparation of financial control reports and budgetary comparisons * Organization and documentary control (contracts, service orders, supporting documents) * Administrative follow-up with suppliers and clients **Required Profile** * Currently enrolled student in final semesters of Architecture or Civil Engineering * Interest in developing expertise in construction control, cost and budget management, or project administration * Intermediate Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, and basic data analysis) * Familiarity with catalog-based budgeting, generating numbers, and estimate control is desirable * High level of organization and analytical focus * Proactivity and strong sense of responsibility **Key Competencies** * Structured thinking * Attention to detail * Numerical analysis capability * Clear communication * Tracking and control **We Offer** * Competitive financial support aligned with market standards * Direct exposure to industrial and commercial sector projects * Professional development in administrative and financial construction project control * Opportunity for career growth within the company * Results-oriented professional environment Employment Type: Part-time Salary: $5,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month Expected Hours: 30 hours per week Work Location: On-site employment
