Results-oriented approach and customer service Store Manager in Ciudad Ixtepec, Oaxaca Job Description: We are looking for a Store Leader for our branch in Ixtepec, Oaxaca, with experience in the grocery business and leadership skills to coordinate the store's daily operations. Base monthly salary: $9,451.20 Sales bonus: $2,000 Inventory bonus: $1,500 Working schedule: Monday to Sunday, with one weekday day off, on the following rotating shifts: - 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM - 12:30 PM to 8:30 PM Availability to work on holidays is required. Responsibilities: - Supervise the workforce - Ensure achievement of sales targets - Monitor inventory and shrinkage - Perform store opening and closing procedures - Verify proper handling of cash - Guarantee excellent customer service. Requirements: - Completed high school diploma. - Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar position (grocery industry preferred). - Experience operating cash registers and managing cash. - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and computer operation. - Leadership, proactivity, and ability to work under pressure. - Professional appearance and service-oriented attitude. - We seek a responsible, organized, and results-driven individual capable of coordinating teams and maintaining efficient store operations.
