TRAFFIC MANAGER \| REFINED PRODUCTS \& GAS SECTOR GAS TRANSPORTATION RODHER For the Puebla region Job Responsibilities: * **Strategic Planning:** Design of cargo transportation routes to optimize delivery times. * **Fleet Management:** Equitable coordination of vehicles and drivers for efficient cargo distribution. * **Operational Supervision:** Ensure cargo integrity during loading and unloading processes. * **Real-Time Communication:** Maintain effective contact with drivers to resolve incidents immediately. * **Performance Control:** Ensure proper fleet utilization to optimize operating costs and performance standards. * **Applied Technology:** Use of real-time monitoring and supervision tools. * **Continuous Improvement:** Identification of opportunities and data analysis to evaluate route performance. * **Risk Management:** Development of contingency plans for disruptions or unforeseen events. * **Training:** Update operational staff on procedures and industry best practices. * **Operational Finance:** Optimization of financial resources directly related to traffic operations. * **Interdepartmental Collaboration:** Work jointly to achieve organizational objectives. Requirements: * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum **5 years** in transportation and logistics (supervisory roles mandatory). * **Knowledge:** Mexican freight sector, current regulations, key routes, and related market. * **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in logistics software, tracking systems, GPS, and traffic control. * **Competencies:** Analytical ability for informed decision-making and assertive communication. * **Leadership:** Profile oriented toward motivating teams and achieving established results. * **Values:** Professional ethics and results-oriented mindset. * **Additional:** 30 years of age or older (gender-neutral) and willingness to travel occasionally.
