Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Traffic Manager in refined product transportation to optimize routes, coordinate operations, and supervise the fleet, ensuring efficiency and cargo integrity. Use of technology for real-time monitoring TRANSPORTES DE GAS RODHER We are looking for a TRAFFIC MANAGER with experience in refined product transportation for the Puebla region JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 1\.\- Planning of cargo transportation routes, aiming to optimize delivery times 2\.\- Coordinating units and drivers to ensure equitable load distribution and efficient execution of operations 3\.\- Supervising loading and unloading, ensuring cargo integrity 4\.\- Maintaining effective communication with drivers to resolve incidents in real time 5\.\- Ensuring proper use of the vehicle fleet for effective utilization, thereby controlling operational costs while maintaining performance standards 6\.\- Using technology for real-time monitoring of operations 7\.\- Identifying areas for improvement 8\.\- Developing contingency plans to address situations, disruptions, or unforeseen events on routes 9\.\- Analyzing data to evaluate route performance, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements to operational efficiency 10\.\- Providing training to operational staff to keep them updated on procedures and best practices 11\.\- Optimizing financial resources related to traffic operations 12\.\- Collaborating with departments to ensure achievement of organizational objectives Requirements: \- Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field \- Minimum 5 years of experience in transportation and logistics (including supervisory roles) \- Knowledge of Mexico’s cargo transportation industry, including regulations, key routes, and related market dynamics \- Ability to coordinate and plan while optimizing costs without compromising operational efficiency or performance standards \- Assertive communication with all personnel under supervision and related stakeholders \- Proficiency in technologies (logistics and tracking software), fleet management systems, and traffic management systems \- Analytical capability to interpret data and make informed decisions \- Leadership profile (experience leading and motivating teams to achieve established goals) \- Results-oriented \- Professional ethics \- 30 years of age or older \- Gender-neutral \- Willingness to travel occasionally **Salary negotiable based on experience and capabilities** We offer: \- Company-provided mobile phone and laptop If you are interested and meet the requirements, please apply through this channel or send your CV to 5567921790 Email: elizabeth.guerrero@gasrodher.com Indicating your salary expectations Salary: $11,343\.66 \- $24,084\.22 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Work Location: On-site employment
