As Talent Development at CompuSoluciones, your primary responsibilities will be: * Manage and monitor the Annual Training Plan aligned with STPS regulations. * Implement and administer trainings and inductions required for compliance with NOMs 002, 006, 017, 019, 022, 027, 029, 030, and 036. * Prepare supporting documentation for internal or external audits, tailored to applicability at each worksite. * Upload, update, and maintain information in SIRCE. * Coordinate the hiring of external training providers meeting STPS requirements. What are we looking for? Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Knowledge: Advanced English, intermediate Excel. Training-related knowledge is desirable. Experience: Recent graduate. Skills: Commitment to work quality, effective communication, follow-up and control, self-development. Availability: Full-time. 8-hour workday, Monday to Friday. Work Modality: Hybrid. What do we offer?
