Requirements: Technical Higher Education degree or bachelor's degree in Information Technologies or related fields. Minimum 1 year of work experience in the Systems area. Availability to work from Monday to Saturday. Knowledge of: Technical support, hardware maintenance and repair, software maintenance and installation, Microsoft systems handling (Windows, Outlook, Office, among others), networking and basic firewall security knowledge, IP telephony. English proficiency: 60% Basic knowledge of SAP Business One is desirable.
