Posting and management of job openings. Operational interviews and screening. Tracking of hires and staffing coverage. Goal-oriented work with response time targets. Required Profile: Experience in operational and mass recruitment. Proficiency in social media, job boards, and field recruitment. Results-driven mindset and sense of urgency. Organization and follow-up skills. Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., and Saturday half-day shifts. We Offer: Salary of $12,000 to $14,000. Statutory benefits.
