Passionate about technology and challenges At Comunicalo, we are looking for passionate **NOC Coordinators** who are enthusiastic about connectivity, critical operations, and teamwork. **What will be your mission?** You will be the key player in ensuring the stability and continuity of our network, responsible for: * Receiving and managing network incidents * Coordinating NOC engineers * Coordinating Field Engineers * Reviewing links, routes, and critical customers * Administering and monitoring virtual machines on network servers * Ensuring service continuity * **REQUIREMENTS** * Academic background: Systems Engineering, Information Technologies, Computer Science Demonstrable experience with CISCO IOS XE, CISCO CALL MANAGER, CISCO UNITY, or WEBEX CALLING. Minimum 2 years of experience in Level 2 support. Proven experience supervising personnel. Knowledge of remote access tools and technical support solutions.
