




Job Summary: Manages, organizes, and supervises staff to ensure compliance with the production schedule and optimal resource utilization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsibility for the efficient use of materials and machinery **Manufacturing Supervisor** **Purpose of Position:** To manage, organize, and supervise assigned personnel, and to ensure, to the greatest extent possible, compliance with the established production schedule by setting daily and/or weekly targets. **Responsibilities:** 1. Supervise activities related to production line startup (T1 Monday). 2. Manage and supervise operational staff. 3. Ensure compliance with the production schedule. 4. Report daily performance indicators (scrap, production, quality). 5. Submit reports and provide support to the coordination team and Production Manager for decision-making. 6. Take responsibility for the optimal utilization of materials, labor, and machinery under their supervision. **Requirements:** * Education: Recent graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Management Engineering, or Mechanical Administrative Engineering * Experience: Minimum 6 months **Work Environment:** * Exposure to high temperatures * Exposure to dust * Use of industrial mask, safety goggles, and earplugs * Shift rotation * Operation of industrial furnaces * Use of tools **WE OFFER:** * Gross monthly salary: $15,200.00 * Weekly punctuality and attendance bonus: $210.00 * Weekly food vouchers: $200.00 * Savings fund matched at 100% * IMSS contributions at 100% of salary * Vacation bonus at 30% * Thirteenth-month bonus equivalent to 15 days * Statutory official holidays (non-working days) * Fixed Sunday rest day * Uniform and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) **FIXED DAY SHIFT** Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday Half-Shift: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM **LOCATION**: Los Lermas, Guadalupe, N.L.
