




Job Summary: Siemens Energy is seeking an Electromechanical Technician to perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment, ensuring optimal performance and operational availability. Company-paid health and wellness benefits **Your Typical Day** Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and operational availability. Follow up on work orders generated from the TPM program, carry out general services, issue yellow cards, and promote continuous improvement ideas (3i). Properly manage requests for spare parts, materials, and tools required to execute tasks. **What Will Set You Apart** * Ensure continuous machinery operation through proper execution of scheduled maintenance. * Reduce and/or minimize unplanned downtime caused by equipment failures. * Effectively diagnose and resolve technical failures with a focus on preventing recurrence. * Execute corrective and preventive actions aligned with maintenance standards. * Actively participate in general services and implementation of yellow cards. **What You Bring** * High school diploma or higher education in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. * Experience in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of industrial machinery. * Knowledge of equipment such as: coil winding machines, electric furnaces, overhead cranes, lifting platforms, painting equipment, extractors, casting machines, and vacuum systems. * Desired experience with machinery from brands such as Hedric, Tuboly, Airtec, and Prospac. * Safe and efficient handling of electric and manual tools. * Ability to interpret technical manuals and electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical diagrams. **About the Team** As an Electromechanical Technician, you will report directly to the Maintenance Supervisor.
