Join the **Vinte** team as: **External Promotion Manager.** **Position Objective**: Negotiate and follow up on external sales to achieve the established sales target, ensuring strict adherence to company-established procedures. **Position Responsibilities**: 1\. Negotiate with new external promoters to increase foot traffic and sales at the UEN. 2\. Register External Advisors in the Enkontrol system, following the external onboarding checklist. 3\. Monitor the external sales force to achieve the UEN's established target. 4\. Attend to clients in special cases to continue and strengthen the sales closing process. 5\. Prepare weekly performance reports to develop strategies that positively impact the target. 6\. Plan and execute training strategies for external advisors (products, financing options, and sales techniques). **REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience managing sales and real estate credit schemes. Team management skills and proficiency in Office 365.
