Knowledge of: \- Environmental concepts/terminology. \- Environmental regulations (noise, water, soil, vibrations, air, urban solid waste, hazardous waste, natural resources, management systems) and occupational safety regulations. \- Basic construction processes. \- Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Conduct environmental audits in accordance with established regulatory guidelines. · Process applications before SEDEMA (Mexico City’s Ministry of Environment). · Develop various written documents. · Meet established deadlines for audits. · Maintain records during environmental audit execution. · Notify the responsible environmental auditor. · Prepare audit reports, Single Environmental License, tax incentives, etc. · Compile Annual Operational Plan (POA) lists and carry out corresponding follow-up. · Visit smart buildings to verify compliance with the Annual Operational Plan (POA). · Apply the legal framework as applicable. **SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM. Hybrid work arrangement (office, fieldwork, and remote work). Availability to visit buildings to be audited within Mexico City.
