Dynamic and operational environment for a logistics leader. **DISTRIBUTION MANAGER** **Work Location**: San Agustín Yatareni, Oaxaca **Schedule**: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM **Fixed Day Off**: Wednesday At Grupo Chili Guajili, we are looking for a candidate with operational leadership, a sense of urgency, and a focus on logistical control to ensure timely supply to our branches. **Job Objective** Ensure products and supplies arrive correctly and on time at branches by supervising routes, personnel, vehicles, delivery manifests, and deliveries—maintaining order, discipline, and operational continuity. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise distribution routes. * Ensure punctual departures and complete deliveries. * Supervise physical loading and document control of delivery manifests. * Track incidents, delays, or shortages. * Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Procurement, and branches. * Supervise drivers and distribution assistants. * Manage vehicle fleet, fuel, maintenance, and documentation. * Handle accident protocols and claims follow-up. * Ensure good practices in transportation and food preservation. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or similar). * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. **Experience in:** * Route coordination. * Supervision of operational staff. * Vehicle fleet management. * Deliveries to multiple locations or branches. * Tracking of operational incidents. * Basic/intermediate Excel skills. * Preferred experience in food operations or handling temperature-sensitive products with strict delivery timelines. **We seek someone with:** * Operational leadership and firmness * Organization and follow-up capability * Sense of urgency * Ability to respond to contingencies * Effective communication * High commitment and accountability We Offer * Job stability. * Professional development. * Dynamic and operational work environment. * Opportunity for growth within the group.
