Mandatory experience in security or industrial dining services Company located in Querétaro seeks Human Resources Coordinator Coordinate recruitment, selection, and hiring processes. * Implement onboarding, training, and development programs. * Manage employee files and employment records (hires, terminations, transfers). * Support payroll processing, payroll incidents, and attendance control. * Monitor performance evaluations and improvement plans. * Support implementation of HR policies and procedures. * Address employee inquiries regarding labor and administrative matters. * Collaborate on organizational climate initiatives and internal communication. * Monitor occupational safety, health, and wellness matters. * Prepare basic departmental reports and indicators. It is **mandatory** to have experience in a security company and/or industrial dining services.
