




We are looking for an organized, analytical individual focused on talent development, capable of designing, implementing, and monitoring the company’s training program, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance with internal guidelines and information security requirements. Work modality: Remote/Hybrid (depending on operations) Location: Mexico City Project duration: Indefinite What are we looking for? A profile with experience in organizational training and Human Resources, able to structure training programs, coordinate sessions, track outcomes, and maintain complete, auditable records—working closely with HR and various departments across the organization. What will be your challenge? * Design and structure the annual training program in coordination with Human Resources. * Identify training needs by department and position through analysis and feedback. * Propose training content, delivery methods, and schedules. * Coordinate and deliver internal and external training sessions. * Manage training materials, content, recordings, and evaluations. * Monitor training impact and propose continuous improvements. * Maintain organized and up-to-date training records for audits (ISO 27001). * Prepare progress reports, KPIs, and program results. Key requirements and knowledge: * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field. * 2–3 years of experience in training, HR, organizational development, or related administrative roles. * Basic knowledge of organizational training and training needs assessment (TNA). * Experience in planning and scheduling training programs. Proficiency in Google Workspace. * Experience with LMS platforms or digital training tools is desirable. * Basic knowledge of document control and information security principles. * Participation in auditable processes (ISO, NOM, or client requirements) is desirable.
