**Experience being Provident, where you are at the center — we invite you to join our team as:** **SALES AND COLLECTIONS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER** **Base: Matías Romero** **Key challenges in this role:** Supervise and monitor the team’s daily activities (80% fieldwork / 20% administrative). Accompany the team in the field to drive achievement of sales and collections targets. Analyze performance indicators and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives. Develop team members through consistent feedback and performance tracking. Ensure strict adherence to policies, processes, and internal controls. Identify growth opportunities within the assigned area. Requirements: Completed high school diploma or incomplete university degree. Flexible availability for work hours. Familiarity with the assigned area: Matías Romero and surrounding areas. Basic experience in sales, collections, and/or team management. Ability to analyze indicators and make data-driven decisions.
