Responsibilities: * Prepare beverages following café recipes and standards. * Operate and maintain the espresso machine and bar equipment in good condition. * Calibrate the grinder and adjust grind size as needed. * Serve customers in a friendly and professional manner. * Keep the work area clean, organized, and well-stocked. * Assist with basic inventory and supply reporting. * Comply with hygiene and food safety standards. Obligations: * Adhere to schedules and internal policies. * Take care of equipment and tools. * Maintain a professional personal appearance. * Work collaboratively and support assigned tasks.
