Position: 20x10 \| Day and night shifts CYMH is seeking an On-Site Warehouse and Workshop Assistant to support daily operations at a mining camp located in San José del Progreso, ensuring proper supply, control, and delivery of hydraulic materials, spare parts, and consumables. Key responsibilities: * Receiving, inspecting, organizing, and classifying materials. * Fulfilling orders for mine operations and customers. * Cutting hydraulic hoses and performing basic assembly of hydraulic fittings. * Tracking and recording inventory inflows, outflows, consumption, and movements. * Preparing material requisition forms, delivery notes, and shift logs. * Delivering materials and tracking signed documentation. * Participating in cyclic inventories and physical counts. * Maintaining order, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards and 5S principles. * Reporting shortages, incidents, damages, or restocking needs. * Supporting shift handover and ensuring operational continuity. Requirements: * Experience in industrial warehouse, spare parts, hardware, hydraulics, or related fields. * Basic to intermediate knowledge of hydraulic hoses, fittings, and tools. * Basic inventory management skills, Excel proficiency, and experience preparing operational reports. * Availability to work at a mining camp under a 20x10 schedule\. * Residing near the route departing from Ocotlán de Morelos or having no issue commuting to the mine. * Availability to rotate between day and night shifts. * Willingness to travel for training.
