Minimum Experience: 1 year in the field Customer service knowledge Skills: Speed, verbal fluency, discipline. Position Objective: Achieve excellence in customer service. Advise customers on dish selection to increase sales while respecting standard service timing. Main Responsibilities: Customer service. Taking orders according to procedure. Cleaning furniture and work area. Assisting with general restaurant cleaning. Properly stocking service stations (sugar bowls, sauce dispensers, chili containers, etc.). Setting up and clearing tables per procedure. Keeping service stations clean and organized. Arranging and mopping the floor. Greeting customers and assigning them a table. Mastering the menu, costs, ingredients, and preparation time. Performing suggestive selling by recommending beverages or side items to customers. Entering orders into the system. Addressing customer requests and following through to resolution. Verifying that food or beverages match the entered order before serving. Serving food and beverages at the customer’s table according to service protocol. Requesting the bill at the cashier. Presenting the bill to the customer and receiving payment. Clearing used tableware (“dead plates”) upon customer departure. Placing “dead plates” in designated areas. Supporting required service and cleaning activities.
