Experience: * Staff supervision and management. * Knowledge of shipping\-unloading\-documentation systems. * Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Experience with technological management tools. * Monitoring and control of metrics. * Knowledge of the logistics industry. * Goods inbound and outbound. * Inventory and warehouse management. * Customer service and issue resolution. * Preparation of preliminary payroll for supervised staff. * Control of issuance of delivery notes and invoices for special customers and special trips. * Development of action plans to correct performance trends and objectives.
