Job Summary: This role focuses on executing picking, validation, and product preparation activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and proper recording in systems. Key Responsibilities: 1. Execution of picking and product validation activities 2. Order preparation and inventory movement recording 3. Compliance with safety, organization, and cleanliness standards (5S) Execute picking activities according to picking orders (WMS, lists, RF, etc.). Validate that products, batches, and quantities match the requirements of the customer or requesting department. Inspect physical condition of products and packaging, reporting any damage or anomalies. Place products on pallets, containers, or designated areas, complying with layout and safety standards. Scan, label, and record movements in the system to maintain updated inventory. Support order consolidation and final verification prior to shipment. Comply with safety, organization, and cleanliness standards (5S). Report inventory incidents to supervisor (shortages, overages, expirations, etc.). Support cyclic and general inventories when required.
