It has an international presence in over 25 countries. **We are seeking:** Internal Technical Support Engineer Provide software and hardware technical assistance to our internal customers. **Job Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Systems, or related field (degree required) * Knowledge of Windows and Mac OS operating system support at intermediate level * Basic Linux knowledge * Intermediate knowledge of computer network support * Knowledge of office productivity suite platforms * Knowledge of tools for IT maintenance and support * Basic knowledge of ISO standards **Job Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to internal customers * Maintain Microsoft 365 * Generate inventory * Support the development of departmental manuals, policies, and procedures * Manage software installation **We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary: 15,000 to 18,000 (100% nominal scheme) * Immediate statutory benefits * Additional benefits * Working hours: Monday to Friday If you meet the requirements, **Apply** through this channel.
