Serve as the structural core of our projects At ALDL, we seek a **Civil Structural Engineer** with deep analytical rigor to serve as the structural core of our projects. You will be responsible for ensuring the technical feasibility of each design, defining calculations, dimensions, and engineering criteria in strict compliance with current construction regulations. Your mission will be to provide absolute certainty regarding the project prior to execution, ensuring the highest standards of structural safety and quality. **Key Responsibilities:** * Structural Validation: Perform and validate calculation reports (loads and dimensions) to ensure project integrity and optimize technical specifications. * Regulatory Compliance: Audit that drawings and designs strictly comply with local construction codes and applicable regulations. * Criteria Definition: Establish engineering guidelines for soil mechanics, foundations, and installations to guide construction execution. * Engineering Integration: Coordinate proper integration of specialties (electrical, plumbing, etc.) with the structural project. * Contract Administration: Monitor compliance with scopes, bonds, and clauses vis-à-vis clients and subcontractors, managing change orders and extra work. * Construction and Cost Control: Monitor schedules in MS Project and validate work generators, payment certificates, and Unit Price Analyses (UPA). * Project Closeout: Coordinate project handover/reception and preparation of detailed settlement documents. **Required Profile** * Education: **Civil Engineering (Degree and Professional License mandatory)**. * Experience: Minimum 5 years coordinating industrial or commercial construction projects of high complexity, with expertise in soil mechanics and structural sizing. **Technical Knowledge:** * Expert proficiency in structural analysis software (STAAD Pro, SAP2000, ETABS). * Cost estimation software (Neodata or Opus), and advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project. * Ability to interpret load analyses and industrial safety regulations. **Competencies:** * Analytical Rigor: Precision in defining criteria and avoiding technical risks. * Leadership and Negotiation: Ability to supervise subcontractors with technical authority and defend budgetary interests. * Document Organization: Discipline in generating documentation to ensure successful project closeouts. **We Offer:** * Statutory Benefits. * Opportunity to lead large-scale projects for high-profile clients. * Option for indefinite-term contract.
