Responsibilities · Provide technical follow-up on incidents and requirements in the systems (Accounting, Commercial, Banking, Payroll, etc.). · Coordinate with external consultants for specialized technical support regarding Netsuite and IT Infrastructure. · Manage and supervise maintenance of IT infrastructure (networks, equipment, servers, backups). · Document procedures, incidents, and technical solutions. · Propose improvements to administrative and technological processes. · Train staff on the proper use of administrative systems. Job Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Systems, or related field. Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Experience: · Minimum 5 years in similar positions. · Full (100%) proficiency in Netsuite. · Experience coordinating with technology service providers. Technical Knowledge: · Administrative systems (general operation). · Basic IT infrastructure (networks, servers, backups). · Administrative and accounting procedures. · Office suite and documentation tools.
