We are looking for a modern HR professional who understands the pace of a creative agency, leverages artificial intelligence to work more efficiently, and knows how to attract and retain talent in today’s digital world. **Your Responsibilities** *Recruitment and Selection* * Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding * Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other digital platforms to proactively attract talent * Build and maintain an active talent pool to support the team’s continuous growth * Coordinate remote and in-person onboarding of new team members *Payroll and Administration* * Manage monthly payroll and ensure compliance with labor obligations * Keep employee files and documentation up to date * Track attendance, vacations, incidents, and contracts in a hybrid work environment *Culture and Organizational Climate* * Design and implement initiatives to strengthen culture within a predominantly remote team * Serve as a trusted, approachable point of contact for employees * Collaborate closely with the Operations Director and CEO on team growth strategy *Development and Training* * Identify training needs and coordinate training programs * Support performance evaluations and individual development plans * Stay current on HR trends within the digital marketing industry **What We’re Looking For** * Proven experience in a similar HR role (minimum 2 years) * Advanced English (written and verbal) * Knowledge of or **genuine interest** in digital marketing * Active use of **LinkedIn** as a recruitment and employer branding tool * Regular use of artificial intelligence tools to optimize processes (Claude, AI transcription tools, etc.) * Familiarity with Mexico’s Federal Labor Law and applicable labor regulations * Empathetic, organized profile with excellent communication skills * Ability to scale processes within a rapidly growing team * Proficiency with digital tools (Excel, Google Workspace, HR software) * Residency in Guadalajara — hybrid role, primarily remote **What We Offer** * Hybrid role with flexibility, primarily remote * Direct collaboration with the Operations Director and CEO * Active participation in the growth of an expanding agency * Creative, dynamic, and 100% digital work environment * Competitive salary commensurate with profile and experience * Real opportunity for professional growth within the agency **How to Apply** Do you think you’re the person we’re looking for?
