A prominent residential real estate development company seeks your talent as a **JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT.** REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, **with official degree certification.** * Experience in financial statements, bank reconciliations, tax calculations (Income Tax, VAT), and annual tax returns; prior collaboration with companies in the real estate sector. * 3 to 5 years of **verifiable experience** as a Junior Accountant, Accounting Assistant, Accounting Support Staff, or related role. KNOWLEDGE: * Accounting fundamentals under current Tax Regulations (Mexican Financial Reporting Standards – NIF, International Financial Reporting Standards – IFRS), Microsoft Office, accounting software (COI), ERP systems (NEODATA). REQUIRED SKILLS: * Teamwork, ability to work under pressure, analytical thinking, and frustration tolerance. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Recording financial transactions in accounting systems. * Preparing analytical schedules. * Preparing sales, customer, cost, supplier, loan, and any other reports requested by any department within the company. * Reconciling supplier payments and preparing monthly reports. * Reviewing aging of account balances. * Reviewing Anti-Money Laundering (AML) reports. * Reviewing sales versus notarial deeds and corresponding accounting records. * Calculating provisional tax payments, Income Tax, VAT, and annual tax returns.
