Job Summary: We are seeking Credit Advisors with experience in group lending, negotiation skills, and enthusiasm for fieldwork to grant and renew loans, and advise clients. Key Highlights: 1. Advising clients on growing their businesses. **Important: Financial institution is currently seeking Credit Advisors:** **We are looking for:** * Experience in group lending "preferably". * Fieldwork, Sales, Prospecting * Strong verbal communication, negotiation skills, and enthusiasm for fieldwork. * Flexible availability. **We offer:** * Base salary: $10,000 to $14,000 "Depends on Zone and Portfolio" * Initial bonus: $1,000 (first two months). * Transportation support: $2,000 (weekly payment of $500 for the first two months). * IMSS support: $1,500 (starting from the 3rd month). * Uncapped commissions \+ incentives for special campaigns. * Timely bi-weekly payments. * Corporate benefits. * 25% vacation bonus. * 15-day Christmas bonus. * Grocery vouchers (.7% capped). **Responsibilities:** * Granting and renewing group loans. * Collecting payments and monitoring portfolio performance. * Advising clients on growing their businesses.
