REQUIREMENTS: * Experience as an operator instructor or trainer * Proficiency in operating vehicles (3.5 tons and above) * Knowledge of traffic regulations and road safety standards * Valid driver's license * Ability to train and evaluate personnel * Willingness to travel frequently * Availability for on-site work RESPONSIBILITIES: * Conduct practical and theoretical driving tests for candidates to assess their competencies * Deliver nationwide courses on highway traffic regulations, road signage, and basic mechanics * Document driving incidents to guide appropriate driving behavior and reduce collision risks * Conduct route accompaniment to correct driving habits (e.g., sudden braking, excessive idling, speeding) * Develop training plans for van and truck units per business unit * Conduct performance evaluations via telematics systems * Participate in safety committees * Investigate road incidents and propose re-training WE OFFER: \- Monthly gross salary of $22,000.00 \- Statutory benefits \- Job stability \- Professional development Apply through this channel Employment type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 \- $22,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
