We take pride in protecting the lives and assets of our customers and their communities through the solutions we provide. **What You’ll Do with "Our Training and Your Experience"** Convergint’s greatest strength is our people! * Implement audio, video, and electronic security projects: cabling and connectors, equipment installation and connection—always adhering to Convergint’s quality standards. * Always leave the installation site clean and organized. * Monitor installations performed by external contractors to ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations and Convergint’s established quality standards. * Execute renovation projects and equipment replacement when required, complying with Convergint’s quality standards while ensuring that existing site installations remain unaffected by our work. * Submit daily activity reports to Project Management, including photos and using prescribed formats. * Conduct "Site Surveys" for projects and pre-installation visits. Verify that the site meets all necessary conditions for project implementation. Prepare reports with photos and information specified in our standards. Include details of any required on-site modifications to ensure successful project execution. * Perform "Health Checks" on previously installed projects. Verify equipment installations and configurations. Confirm proper functionality. Report identified issues and resolve those within your capacity immediately. * Provide technical support and customer service for previously installed projects, as well as preventive maintenance for customers who have requested it. Submit reports with photos and information specified in Convergint’s standards. * Collaborate effectively as part of a team. Maintain open communication with all coworkers. Consistently support teammates, remain approachable and available to assist others. Understand that our shared objective is to contribute to the company’s growth and do everything possible to achieve our goals. * Continuously train on brands and products used by Convergint. * Develop the technical team through teamwork, training, and on-site installation oversight Education Academic Level: Technical degree in electronics, electricity, telecommunications, computer science, or related field. Required Experience Years and Areas: 3 years Specific Knowledge Courses and certifications in electronic security, CCTV, audio, or video.
