This is not a generalist marketing role. We’re looking for a **high\-impact digital marketer with deep SEO and WordPress expertise** and strong CRO instincts. You’ll own growth initiatives end\-to\-end, from technical implementation to performance optimization, in a fast\-moving environment where execution matters as much as strategy. **Key Responsibilities** **SEO \& CRO (Primary Focus)** Own and execute SEO strategies across technical SEO, on\-page optimization, internal linking, and content\-driven growth. Continuously test and optimize conversion paths through landing pages, UX improvements, and funnel experiments to increase lead and revenue conversion. **WordPress Website Implementation \& Optimization** Manage and optimize WordPress sites hands\-on, including themes, page builders, plugins, site speed, Core Web Vitals, and SEO tooling. Collaborate with design and development to implement scalable, performance\-driven website improvements. **Content \& Copywriting** Create and optimize SEO\-focused content, including blog posts, landing pages, and product pages. Write conversion\-oriented copy informed by keyword research, user intent, and CRO best practices. **AI \& Marketing Automation** Use GPTs, advanced prompting, and AI tools to accelerate content production, keyword research, CRO insights, and reporting workflows without sacrificing quality or accuracy. **Analytics \& Performance Optimization** Track SEO, CRO, and paid media KPIs using analytics and experimentation tools. Translate data into clear insights and continuously refine strategies based on performance. Qualifications * 5\+ years of hands\-on experience in **SEO\-focused digital marketing**, with clear ownership of results * Strong practical experience managing and optimizing **WordPress websites** * Proven ability to drive **CRO improvements** through testing, UX optimization, and data analysis * Comfortable using SEO tools, analytics platforms, and experimentation frameworks * AI\-literate, with hands\-on experience using GPTs and automation in marketing workflows * Highly analytical, data\-driven, and performance\-oriented * Excellent written and spoken English * Able to manage multiple initiatives independently in a fast\-paced environment **Who You Are** You’re execution\-oriented, curious, and obsessed with measurable growth.
