Job Summary: We are seeking a Concrete Laboratory Assistant to support material quality control and concrete testing in both laboratory and field settings—ideal for candidates interested in the construction industry. We seek to integrate a committed and responsible Concrete Laboratory Assistant into our team in Oaxaca to support material quality control activities and concrete testing in both laboratory and field environments. This position is intended for individuals interested in developing their careers in construction, materials, and quality processes. Main Responsibilities: - Perform concrete sampling and specimen preparation. - Assist in fresh and hardened concrete testing. - Fabricate, identify, and cure cylinders. - Record and enter test results. - Clean, organize, and perform basic laboratory maintenance. - Support on-site quality control activities. - Comply with safety standards and internal procedures. Requirements: - Minimum education: Technical high school diploma, technical career degree, or related field. - Preferred experience: 2 years in materials, construction, or concrete quality laboratories. - Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Availability for fieldwork and light physical labor. - Proactivity, responsibility, and teamwork orientation.
