Job Summary: Manage the complete fixed asset lifecycle using Heiflow and SAP platforms, ensuring optimal execution timelines and accounting compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the complete fixed asset lifecycle with Heiflow and SAP. 2. Ensure accurate accounting of amortizations/depreciations in SAP. 3. Support internal audits and generate investment reports. Objective: Effectively manage the complete fixed asset lifecycle (additions, disposals, transfers, and modifications) using Heiflow and SAP platforms, ensuring optimal execution timelines. Requirements: * English: Intermediate * SAP * Excel: Intermediate Responsibilities: * Execute fixed asset transactions (additions, disposals, transfers, modifications, etc.) timely via the Heiflow platform. * Responsible for vehicle fleet modifications. * Perform month-end accounting close for entities maintaining fixed asset subledgers. * Ensure accurate accounting of amortizations/depreciations for assets in SAP. * Determine calculation of tax layer for packaging materials (purchases, losses, and sales). * Track and capitalize assets in market accounts (advertisements, facades, and coolers). * Generate reports on balances of investments in progress and follow up with respective controllerships. * Generate reports on additions, disposals, and transfers posted during the month. * Responsible for supporting internal audits.
