Job Summary: We are seeking a Planning Analyst with an analytical mindset and results-oriented approach to generate strategic insights from commercial and business data analysis. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for generating strategic insights and commercial data analysis 2. Development of forecasting models and KPI monitoring 3. Collaboration with Commercial, Finance, and Supply Chain teams **Planning Analyst** We are seeking a Planning Analyst with an analytical mindset and results-oriented approach, responsible for generating strategic insights from commercial and business data analysis in the LAC region. **Key Responsibilities:** * Analysis of sales, volume, and commercial performance data * Building and tracking forecasting models (demand, sales, revenue) * Monitoring KPIs and identifying deviations * Developing dashboards in Power BI or similar tools * Collaboration with Commercial, Finance, and Supply Chain teams * Preparing executive reports and supporting planning processes **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Actuarial Science, Economics, Finance, or related field * 2–5 years of experience in data analysis, planning, or business analytics * Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Power BI / Tableau / Looker * Knowledge of SQL * Experience with business KPIs and forecasting * Preferred: Python, R, SAP or other ERPs **Key Competencies:** Analytical thinking \| Communication \| Results orientation \| Collaborative work
