Job Summary: Responsible for transforming data into useful information by creating and designing relevant visualizations for Order Management using Business Intelligence tools. Key Highlights: 1. Transform data into useful information with BI. 2. Manage and handle large volumes of data from diverse sources. 3. Design data models and architecture for advanced BI dashboards. **Objective:** Responsible for transforming data into useful information by creating and designing relevant visual information for the Order Management department using Business Intelligence tools (Python, Qlik, Power BI, Nprinting, R, etc...). **Key Roles and Responsibilities:** * Review opportunities to improve, adjust, or create new KPI calculation methods using BI tools. * Manage and handle large volumes of data by establishing connections with various data sources across different platforms (web, Excel, Mail, SQL, etc.), enabling data unification through development tools such as Python/R for enhanced data analysis. * Define business-related processes concerning data collection for subsequent transformation into relevant information for the department. * Design a data model and architecture for dashboard creation using BI applications (Qlik Sense/Power BI) applied in advanced analytical processes (ad\-hoc and ), "what-if" simulations to help predict risks or the impact of improvement proposals and/or simulations of potential changes that could achieve the desired impact. * Produce documentation aligned with BI processes (Flow Charts, UMLs, TCs). **Requirements:** * 1\- 3 years of experience in order administration or order management environments. * Completed Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or Industrial Engineering. * Advanced English * Advanced Microsoft Office * Power BI * Proficiency in Python **Working Hours:** 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday Employment Type: Permanent Salary: $1\.00 \- $2\.00 per month Benefits: * Major medical expense insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Cafeteria service * Additional vacation days or paid leave * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
