We are seeking a production assistant for plastic film production, * Minimum six months of experience in operational positions. * Completed secondary or preparatory education. * Age 18–30 years. Responsibilities include: * Ensuring machine preparation prior to process startup. * Keeping the process area organized and clean. * Identifying deviations and making immediate adjustments to prevent non-conforming products. * Recording results and reporting any anomalies to supervision or quality control. * Reporting mechanical, electrical, or process-related failures requiring specialized maintenance. The operational assistant will support the plastic film production process, ensuring continuous and efficient workflow, including material handling, production line maintenance, quality control checkpoints, packaging, packing, and workplace cleaning.
