Position Summary: We are seeking an Architect or Civil Engineer to lead residential construction and supervise quality control of housing units, coordinating teams and contractors. Key Highlights: 1. Negotiation skills and problem-solving ability **Education:** Architect or Civil Engineer. **Responsibilities:** * Receiving platforms and installations * Leading residential construction * Supervising quality control of housing units * Coordinating and organizing contractors **Competencies:** Natural leadership and team management, negotiation and problem-solving skills, honesty, analytical thinking, organization, planning ability, results-oriented. **General Knowledge:** * Residential construction processes for vertical and horizontal mass housing * Civil works construction processes * Material and budget planning and control * Knowledge of mass housing is desirable. **Software:** * Office, Project, AutoCAD, Opus; ERP proficiency is desirable. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; Saturday, 8:00 am to 1:00 pm Salary: Starting from $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Transportation allowance or service * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Company phone * Additional vacation days or paid leave Workplace: On-site employment
