Job Summary: Develop architectural executive projects for construction, modification, and adaptation of buildings, ensuring proper operational functionality. Key Highlights: 1. Development of executive projects with architectural elements 2. Preparation and interpretation of blueprints 3. Knowledge of construction processes REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering One year of experience in a similar position Knowledge, preparation, and interpretation of blueprints Knowledge of work plan development and adherence to such plans Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD software or other tools for preparing 2D and 3D blueprints Knowledge of construction processes Willingness to travel to municipalities within the state and other states, including overnight stays RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop executive projects with architectural elements for the construction, modification, and adaptation of authorized buildings or premises, as well as provide blueprints for the installation of necessary facilities to ensure proper operational functionality of such installations in accordance with current construction regulations and group guidelines. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 \- $15,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
