**Requirements:**
· Completed Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Administration, Accounting, International Business, or Finance).
· Flexible availability regarding work schedule.
· Experience and enthusiasm for customer service.
· High sense of responsibility, proactivity, ability to work under pressure, strong verbal communication skills, and proficiency in interpersonal relationships.
