Sales Floor: Supervise station assignments and rotations. Supervise the performance of captains, servers, and runners. Supervise discipline, expectations, and courteous treatment in accordance with a positive organizational climate. 6. Administration: Monitor and ensure budget compliance: sales, costs, expenses.
