RESPONSIBILITIES: * Operate backhoe for excavation tasks. * Earthmoving, loading and unloading of materials. * Ensure efficient and safe equipment operation, as well as compliance with quality, safety, and timeline standards for each project. WE OFFER: * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM until completion; Saturdays, half-day. * Statutory benefits. * Base salary + bonuses (paid weekly). REQUIREMENTS: * Gender: Not specified. * Age: 25 years or older. * Valid Class B driver's license. * Proven employment stability (to avoid high turnover). * Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance. * Familiarity with safety signage and operational standards on construction sites or in industrial settings. * Reside near the work area or have convenient transportation access (El Pueblito, Corregidora, Qro.). * Completed secondary education.
