If you are passionate about risk management, loss prevention, and corporate security, this opportunity is for you! **What Will Be Your Mission?** ------------------------- * Supervise and coordinate internal security team activities and external security providers across various work sites. * Implement and monitor asset security protocols. * Monitor access control, vehicle custody, and asset tracking. * Conduct internal investigations, incident analysis, and executive reporting. * Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and corporate standards. * Report service status and operational requirements to the coordinator to ensure proper functionality. **Candidate Profile We Seek** ----------------------- * Prior experience as a Security Supervisor, Loss Prevention Specialist, Lead Guard, or similar role. * Knowledge of access control systems, CCTV, patrol rounds, and security protocols. * Preferred: Experience in industries such as vehicle leasing, logistics, transportation, or asset-intensive sectors. * Ability to lead teams, manage incidents, and make decisions under pressure. * Proficiency in preparing reports, logs, and documentation. * Availability to rotate shifts or respond to incidents outside regular hours (as required). * Integrity, accountability, and a preventive mindset. * Valid driver’s license and ability to operate standard and/or automatic vehicles. * **What We Offer** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Work tools. * Opportunity to join a solid company.
