Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic and commercially oriented Specifier to drive the positioning of our brands in architecture, design, and construction. Key Highlights: 1. Position brands in the architecture, design, and construction sector 2. Build value-based relationships with architectural firms, construction companies, and developers 3. Develop and strengthen market presence through product specification At BAKAN, we seek a strategic and commercially oriented Specifier who will drive the positioning of our brands in the architecture, design, and construction sector. Objective: Develop and strengthen our market presence by specifying products in key projects, building value-based relationships with architectural firms, construction companies, and developers. Key Responsibilities: * Brand promotion at architecture and design forums * Project acquisition and follow-up through to closure (sale, invoicing, and delivery) * Proactive prospecting with architectural firms * Product specification in strategic projects * Training for showrooms and commercial teams Key Segments: Visits, Presentations, Acquired Projects, Specifications, Conversion to Sale (Hospitality, Retail, Restaurants, Mixed-Use Developments, Residential (common areas)) Candidate Profile: * Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field * 3+ years of experience in specification or project sales (furniture or construction) * Active network of contacts within architectural firms and construction companies * Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Microsoft Office * Intermediate-to-advanced English Effective Communication, Negotiation, Self-Management, Results Orientation, Working Under Pressure Work Location: On-site employment. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education – Bachelor's Degree 3 years of experience Languages: English Age: between 35 and 55 years
