




Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Analyst for the Field Service Quality Management (SQM) team, responsible for implementing, maintaining, and communicating the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with standards. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System. 2. Participate in internal audits and continuous process improvement. 3. Analyze data and metrics, and train personnel on quality topics. We are seeking a Quality Analyst to join the Field Service Quality Management (SQM) team. You will be the primary person responsible for implementing, maintaining, and communicating the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring that processes, services, and products comply with technical, regulatory, and safety standards. You will participate in internal audits, continuous improvement, data analysis, staff training, and process documentation. Main Responsibilities Create, maintain, and sustain the Quality Management System (train, support, and communicate). Conduct internal audits across all functional lines to ensure compliance with standards. Design, document, and improve processes, procedures, work instructions, and matrices. Analyze data and metrics (KPI/OKR) and generate performance reports. Identify root causes of issues and propose corrective/preventive actions.
