The candidate will be responsible for leading project execution, ensuring proper interdisciplinary integration, adherence to schedules, technical quality, and compliance with applicable regulations and standards. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Coordinate executive-level structural engineering development. * Supervise and validate structural calculations and designs. * Manage multidisciplinary engineering teams. * Ensure compliance with regulations and technical standards. * Review drawings, calculation reports, and technical documentation. * Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments. * Monitor progress, timelines, and project deliverables. * Identify technical risks and propose solutions. REQUIREMENTS **Requirements** -------------- * Civil Engineering degree (licensed). * Minimum 6 years of proven experience in similar roles. * Experience coordinating executive structural projects. * Proficiency in structural calculation and applicable regulations. * Proficiency in design and calculation software (ETABS, SAP2000, etc.). * Leadership and team management capabilities. **Desirable** ------------ * Experience in infrastructure, industrial, or energy projects. * Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency.
